North America signs licensing agreement to provide
OPPS and Missing Child Alert Systems to Law
Enforcement Agencies across the US
ORLANDO, FL. – Nov. 1, 2007 – Child
Watch of North America, a non-profit organization
based in Orlando, Florida today announced that it
had signed a licensing agreement with AdZone
Research, Inc. (ADZR) to license and provide it’s
OPPS and Missing Child Alert Systems to Police
Departments across the US. As part of the agreement,
AdZone will receive license fees per delivered
license.
Through it’s various programs including relationships with Shell Oil,
Epson, ToysRUs, Pizza Hut, Continental Airlines,
American Express, AT&T and many others Child
Watch has raised in excess of $10 million in the
past 10 years. The organization provides proactive
services to help locate missing children, assist
police, organize search and rescue volunteers,
provide child safety programs and materials and
organize ID and safety events.
Through this new relationship, the OPPS and Missing Child Alert products
will be re-branded as Child Watch OPPS and Child
Watch Missing Child Alert and be offered directly to
Law Enforcement through the Child Watch
organization. The products will include useful tools
and information for Police on Child Watch’s
programs and services for communities and
Investigators.
Child watch has also launched it’s new Child Watch Network which will
be rolling out nationwide in ToysRUs, Shell, BP,
Conoco and other stores. The network will place TV
screens constantly updating with pictures of missing
children and can even provide instant area- targeted
“Amber Alerts”. The network will also include
messages from sponsors and information about OPPS
and Missing Child Alert. The goal is to install 2000
units within the first year of operation, helping to
get the message out and bring home missing children.
In it’s more than 13 years of operations, Child Watch has brought home
hundreds of missing children and assisted law
enforcement in more than 100 cases. The organization
as issued more than a million ID kits to help keeps
kids safe and provided KidGuard safety information
to many millions of children and parents. Child
Watch is a 501c3 non-profit organization and as such
can accept tax-deductible donations.
OPPS and Missing Child Alert provide law enforcement with access to
millions of chat-room conversations. Through a
simple online interface, the investigators can rack
the conversations of online predators and their
victims. The Missing Child Alert System sends
investigators an instant email when a missing child
shows up online, allowing them to be located and

OPPS is in use in police departments in 37 States plus Canada,
representing more than 10,000 officers and
investigators. The goal is to have it available in
the more than 15,000 police departments in all 50
states and Canada.
